The 10 Habits

1. Eat every 2-3 hours no matter what.
2. Eat complete, lean protein each time you eat.
3. Eat vegetables with every meal.
4. Only eat non-fruit and vegetable carbohydrates during and after exercise.
5. Eat a balanced fat profile containing 1/3 MUFA, 1/3 PUFA and 1/3 Saturated.
6. Ditch the calorie containing drinks (including fruit juice). Have green tea or water.
7. Use whole foods as your primary source of nutrition.
8. 10% of the time you can break a Habit/Rule (that is only 4 occurrences a week).
9. Failure to plan is planning to fail; know how, when, and where you will get your food.
10. Balance daily food choices with healthy variety.
